Booking information
In addition to the price, tourist tax of € 2,50.- (€ 3,90.- from 1.1.2024) per day per person (aged 14 years and over), is payable on your departure.
The following services are included in the price:
Overnight stay
Fully equipped kitchen
Bed linen, towels and tea towels
Bathrobe and slippers for use during your stay
Free use of our Wellness Area, including whirlpool and Finnish sauna and steam bath
Free high-speed Wifi, and fiber optic Internet
Individual ski and ski boot dryer box in our heated ski room
Free underground parking with direct access to the residence and the elevator
Apartment cleaning:
• Weekly intermediate cleaning with change of towels
• Final cleaning at the end of your stay
Exclusively for our guests: free use of all buses in Val Gardena with the Val Gardena Mobilcard
Booking conditions
Your booking will be confirmed as soon as a down payment of 30% of the total amount is transferred to our bank. We accept your payment to our bank:

Cancellation policy:
- until 4 weeks before arrival cancellations are without charge
- from 4 weeks until 3 days before arrival there will be charged 50% of the full stay amount
- less then 3 days before arrival, non arrival, delayed arrival and early departures we will charge 100% of the full stay amount.
